Ra participation procedure on GeM

PROCEDURE OF RA participation on GeM for seller

1. Seller need to go to the website and login to the portal.
2. Then seller need to click on bids, and select the list of bids on the dashboard.
3. On the next screen seller will be able to see the option of

• Bids/RAs.
• Service bids/RAs
• Bunch Bids/RAs
• Services bunch bids/RAs
• Bids to RAs

Seller need to search for his RA number for which seller want to participate and click on participate by selecting the Ra number

Here, on the next page the seller can see

• RA Details
• Offering technical Ra

Important: It is explain by taking a category of Dashboard. You can choose ass per your product category.

1. Seller need to Click on the dashboard and he need to select the product which he want to offer.
2. Seller need Click on the item which hewant to select.
3. After selecting the product to be offer  specification of product will get auto fetch by the system.
4. Then seller need to click on save and continue.
5. In that case if seller has a manufacturing MSE. Select ‘yes’ and ‘upload documents’.
6. After document uploading successfully seller will have to click on save to finalized his participation in Technical Ra.
7. Seller/user need to click on verify OTP.
8. Seller/user will receive an OTP on registered mobile number.
9. Enter the same and click onverify .
10. After successfully verify now the seller can see his participation status.
11. In case of seller want to withdraw from RA he need to click on withdraw RA.
12. After qualifying the technical Ra. Seller need to participate in Financial RA.
13. Now seller have to click on Offer price.
14. In the offer price you can see

• Reference price
• Current L1 price etc.

1. Read the rules of RA carefully.
2. After this seller need to enter the offer price, system will prompt the seller whether he want to submit or not.
3. Seller need to Click on “Ok”  butt onto submit.
4. If the seller want to Go on the same RA again then the seller may participate in the same by giving discount on Higher side.
5. After completing the all step seller have to click on save and he may also view his current offer by clicking on show history only.

Now the procedure of RA participation is complete.
